Excellent co-operating and efficient staff and everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was next to the train station and stores, restaurant and shops and the Ginza shopping district and the fish market.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

They even went out of their way to warn guests about a bear in the parking lot, which I thought was really cool. the rooms were recently updated and very clean. I loved that I could choose between an upper or lower floor. the location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main road where all the attractions were.
